Return process has been extremely challenging. Many of my calls have been put on hold endlessly or transferred to then be disconnected. Seem to always be speaking with someone outside of the US and have not been given a straight answer as if product knowledge is not trained or it’s a general call center not a titan fitness employee... I would like a manager or supervisor to reach out to me, as I am a long time purchaser and supporter of the titan fitness business.
