I love the tricep bar. It was packaged so poorly there was a delay in the delivery. I have been trying to purchase this bar from Titan for about 3 months. I was offered a 5% discount and it would not apply to the purchase. I contacted customer service several times. I was told I would receive a code by email. That never happened. The bar is great, The service -- not so much. It will cause me to pause and consider other manufacturers first.
