Do NOT use and do NOT trust this company. Avoid Titan Fitness for your safety and sanity. Contacted customer service attempting to resolve the situation fairly or return the unsafe equipment, but was denied. They do not attempt to correct or resolve problems at all. Refund policy is a joke, so you had better hope nothing is wrong at all with any Titan Fitness junk you may order. Fair warning...
