I would give 5 stars based on my most recent order. The item (somewhat heavy and bulky) was shipped very quickly and arrived in good packaging and condition. I don't know if it's circumstantial or if Titam is upping their game. Prior experience was not as positive. Not bad, just not impressive like my last order. So rating at 4 stars for now. Titan is definitely worth checking out.
