The customer service was good once I did the legwork. It was disappointing that I had a time constraint on my order that I put in, and paid for but nobody at Titan recognized that order wasn’t put through. I called two weeks later to find out what was going on and then had to make close to a dozen calls to get the equipment sent, as I needed it by a certain date. Titan apologized and did get me the equipment (ended up coming five days late). They had offered me credit on a future purchase, but I’ve yet to see the credit. I’ve bought 5 machines, and 4 benches from them over the least two years for my facility and I love the equipment, but this situation was exhausting.
