Terrible, I asked to have the order canceled BEFORE it was shipped. It was not canceled even though I reordered a different color. Was asked if I wanted it rerouted back for a restocking fee... I said yes, but got sent anyway. The order wasn't correct and was missing parts anyway. I ordered 2 orange X3 80" uprights and got 1 black 90" upright in the order. Customer service has pretty much been zero with no reply back about the issue.
