The product itself is great, but Fedex in particular was very hard to deal with, and I'm lucky the bar was not damaged. They refused to deliver my package until I filed a claim with them. It remained in my local facility by my house over two weeks , they claimed damaged barcode was the reason it needed to be reprocessed, and at one point they told me it was lost outright, which is why I filed the claim. Upon delivery, the box had extensive damage, and due to the excessive taping, the delivery person had to drag it to my doorstep rather than carrying it by the white straps (they were taped over). It almost seemed as if someone in the facility deliberately opened the box for its contents due to how ripped up it was, but that is more speculation more than anything. Again, I am just grateful my bar was not damaged, and it may be the case your company is constrained into using Fedex as part of distribution. I do feel it necessary to relay my experience, though.
