Titan did a good job sending out a replacement when FedEx lost the product. I would give a 5/5 review except for two things: 1) I find the aggressive emails asking for feedback to be annoying, I think one email is fair but four is obnoxious. 2) I was told that the replacement was a "one-time only offer" and that I should really buy shipping insurance in the future. I don't understand why it is my responsibility to buy shipping insurance. If the shipper sends the product to the wrong address and the seller insists on charging the buyer, this would be a clear-cut case for filing a charge-back. Otherwise, it was a good experience.
