Had to contact for second part of my shipment, took extra time and delayed my gym construction. Instructions aren’t great, but it is bolts and nuts and not complicated. Price for comps are insane and this is the same thing without the branding stickers showing you paid too much.
The stand will shake- they all do even a four post so don’t let that dissuade. The body is solidly built. I used 5”x 1/2” wedge anchors to mount. Take the mount part, mark holes, mount bolts, then slot the base before starting with the rest. I cut pool noodle segments and slotted them over the mounting bolts just to avoid kicking while moving by the stand. The arm is plenty long to work the whole bag though and mount isn't in the way in use.
