Was a long time customer. Spent several thousand over the last few years and generally liked the products. Recently made a purchase for a dip attachment but selected the wrong rack style. This was my fault. Got the box, which was very large, and realized my mistake. Emailed support to figure out how to resolve it and they were no help at all. I wasn’t asking Titan to pay for anything but WAS expecting them to help and send a label (which could be deducted from my return of the other product) so I could buy the right one and swap these out. They didn’t work with me at all and even were going to charge a 20% restocking fee. I’m not trying to be on a “high horse” or anything but we spend money on fitness and they ended up losing a long time customer vs. helping a bit more. Again, I wasn’t asking them to eat any costs, just help make the swap easy. They didn’t have any interest in doing that.
