I am having problems with my V2 Lat pulldown machine. I have told those involved that the problem is simple. The weight plate fits too tightly against the silver pulls causing too much friction. The weight you are lifting is not accurate as it sticks. I'm guessing, this is why you sent some lubricant to me in the original packaging. Your company obviously have had problems with this so you added the lubricant. The lubricant helped but it is not acceptable.
