Poor customer service. The rep sounded annoyed and made me feel like I was getting the runaround when I asked to speak with a manager. No apologies on a back order and no additional discount on an additional item I was thinking about getting. The conversation ended with him hanging up on me. Not interested in doing any further business with this company. If you’re promoting health and fitness, part of that includes not making the customer feel like you’re being dismissive and bothered doing your job.
