I ordered the Short Wall Mounted Pulley Tower V3. The unit is solid and well worth the money. The assembly instructions could use some work, especially on threading the cables. However, having assembled a lot of equipment it wasn't too difficult to figure out. The reason for only 4 stars is the shipping. The national company Titan uses delayed the package for 10 days. I learned it was the driver who was failing to deliver it and returning it to the warehouse. A different driver finally delivered it to me and she advised the driver from the day prior actually had it when he delivered a different package but didn't deliver it! This was when I actually asked him and the other 2 guys in the truck! The package was beat up and torn in half. Luckily though all the pieces were inside and there was only a minor cosmetic scratch and a slightly bent pulley holder that I straightened back out. Overall I highly recommend this gym piece. However customer service was useless through the entire ordeal, including the Route shipping. No one could assist in contacting the shipping company and ask what the delay was. I finally got a supervisor from the shipping company and the package arrived via a different driver.
