My order hasn’t been delivered. It’s adding insult to injury that I’m prompted to review a product I haven’t received. The first time I contacted customer service about it, I was told I’m in the wrong for not insuring my purchase. I shouldn’t have to pay extra for you to get the equipment to me - don’t advertise free shipping if that’s the expectation.
This is the second time I’ve ordered the deadlift platform frame. Last time you shipped me a replacement and after a month of waiting it never arrived and I finally cancelled and got a refund. A year later I decide to try again and once again, you had a ship a replacement. Now that the item got delivered BACK TO YOUR WAREHOUSE (not to me), you’re asking for a review?
This is very frustrating. I’m expanding my personal training studio soon and will be ordering from Texas Strength Systems, Rogue and Again Faster instead of Titan.
