Very poor customer service. My machine didn’t arrive until almost a month after I purchased it. I was informed my machine arrived in my local area the week after purchase. The tracking info is useless! It is not accurate whatsoever. The delivery date changes every week and always said would be delivered Thursday of every week which is inaccurate! When I didn’t receive my machine based on the tracking info, I called Titan fitness and was told that the shipping company would be calling me to set up an appointment for delivery. Fast forward to the following week, still no machine so I called again and that time I was told I needed to call the shipping company. Call?? I wasn’t even given any info about the shipping company so how was I supposed to call them?? Once I was given the info, I called them and set up an appointment. The shipping company they contract with had very poor customer service as well. I set up my appointment to be delivered Friday. I even called Friday morning and they told me it’s in the truck and on the way to me. End of day Friday and still no machine so I called them and was told they don’t deliver to area on Fridays when they were the one who told me they only deliver Fridays so THEY set the appointment. Finally after calling every single day about my order they delivered the following Friday. Titan Fitness did not help me whatsoever with ensuring my machine was delivered. I’ve called them and they said they talked to the shipping company and that it would be delivered. But I have done that myself. The machine I purchased was nice but I will be never order from this company again. I value customer service and without it you don’t deserve my business.
