Several pieces of my rack came damaged/defective. One of the J-hooks was welded out of square and will not fit on the rack. I have made a warranty claim, but despite having already provided sufficient pictures, I keep receiving emails to submit a video as well. The emails are automated and can't be responded to, so I've had to follow the links in the emails. When I follow the links, my login doesn't work for whatever reason. You're pretty much forced to do everything via a desktop PC and/or in person over the phone within their extremely limited hours of operation.
