I have used the machine for a week and it seems like a quality piece of equipment - wish it weren't manufactured in China! The box was received intact, but the interior packing was destroyed and pieces were scattered throughout the inside of the box. There were zero assembly instructions and I needed to print the 10 page manual to assemble the machine. Even with the manual, the instructions lack detail and the illustrations lack sufficient detail to make assembly easy. Titan Fitness needs to remedy this issue. I've purchased three pieces of equipment over the years and no manual is even included. Should be an easy fix!
