Customer service is terrible with this company. I have spent well over $3000 or more in the past couple of weeks ordering equipment from Titan fitness. To my own discredit, I forgot to include a 5% off code that had been sent to me from Titan fitness in the final placement of my order. I contacted customer support and dealt with Jude, who was unable to honor the 5% code that had been sent to my email. I thought this was a poor way of handling it. I ignored it and moved forward. Once my equipment arrived. One piece was advertised as an adjustable storage rack for medicine balls. Well it certainly will work for smaller medicine balls it does not work for all to include the larger ones that I purchase through titan fitness. if you plan on ordering some thing from Titan, you better expect to keep it and not have any problems. I contacted customer support to try to see about returning this single item. While the item was only 60+ dollars. I simply could not use it. Titan was unwilling to compromise in their 20% restocking fee, and , the returned item would be shipped at the owners expense. I can completely understand paying return shipping but after spending well over $3000 I would expect more out of customer service and expect some grace in the 20% restocking fee. Absolutely no remorse from Titan, they were unwilling to budge on the 20% restocking fee. Needless to say it does not make sense to return a $60 item as it likely would’ve been more to ship it and pay the restocking fee. I will not be ordering anything else from titan in fear that if for some odd reason I have issues, customer service/support will not be there. I would go with any other company in the future.
