I've been chasing you/Titan to replace the damaged parts you shipped in your substandard packaging (Order #18103892232/ Support #1812087). You've ignored your own directions with which I complied (photos, descriptions and part identification), made me resubmit a second time (asking for the parts pictured and named in the first submission) and I haven't received any UPDATES, only automated requests asking for a rating. So, here's my rating. How about you resolve my damaged parts complaint before you send another automated request concerning my customer satisfaction with Titan Fitness? They only get One Star because I can't submit this review with less. I made the mistake of ordering a Titan Fitness Tall Wall Mounted Pulley Tower V3 from these customer service cretins. The box arrived torn with parts falling out and/or shifted down into one end of a 7 foot package. Three pulleys holders were damaged by being bent out of shape due to the crappy packaging and rough treatment by FedEx. I had paid for 'shipping insurance' and following instructions, promptly submitted a claim . No good. They asked me to resubmit, having OBVIOUSLY not reviewed the first submission. Wasn't worth arguing about, so I just resubmitted claime. THAT WAS SIX WEEKS AGO and I HAVE NOT HEARD BACK!!! Oh, and they keep sending me 'How do you like your new Titan product?' review requests. Well, since you asked, here you go. Titan customer service sucks, they are obviously challenged when it comes to hiring professional designers for shipping heavy products (we're talking $10 worth of packaging, tops) and I'm tired of having the mess of parts I can't assemble clogging the limited space of my home gym. Titan -- I initiated this service request starting August 31, after you shipped heavy fitness equipment in TOTALLY inadequate packaging, resulting in three damaged parts. I paid for shipping insurance (same joke as your poor customer service, apparently) I have submitted documentation TWICE both times according to your instructions. It is now SIX weeks since you hosed me and this issue isn't resolved. I'm currently on hold while the latests non-sense response is being 'researched.' Not only will I NEVER do business with you again, but I'm seriously considering producing a YouTube video showing; ALL THE SHIPPING DAMAGE THE RIDCIULOUS PACKAGING ALL THE CONTACT WASTING MY TIME ALL THE UNASSEMBLED TITAN PARTS CLUTTERING MY HOME GYM THE TOTAL LACK OF CUSTOMER SUPPORT. On hold for 20 minutes. Unfortunately, I don't have any more time for Titan nonsense today. Ignore this as you see fit. If I don't have the parts I paid for -- UNDAMAGED -- by the end of this week, I'm going to spend the time to make my crappy experience with Titan as broadly disseminated as I can make it.
