Overall experience was a good one. Prompt delivery, and all the pieces came. I only had a couple of issues. 1. they told me on the phone I would be able to write a note for the delivery. There was no place to do this and they delivered it at the end of my driveway vs up near the garage door; which would have made things much easier. 2. The stickers keep falling off the weight stacks. I havent really used it a whole bunch yet but it seems like a good, solid functional trainer.
