I had planned on leaving a 5 star rating. Your equipment is of very good quality and your shipping super fast. But after having a minor issue with one of the forearm pads and the way it was poorly handled by Richard Bayta I struggled to leave a 2 star rating. He basically told me I had to live with a small tear in the forearm pad even after I explained to him that it was there when I unpacked the machine. I’d really like to purchase a few more pieces of equipment from you but now I’m concerned about your customer service.
