The package never made it into UPS hands. Titan customer service insisted that UPS had it, and just had not updated status (this was after a week of “label created” status). I knew better, but had to wait another full week before they acknowledged their mistake and shipped a replacement. It was supposed to be a b’day gift but I guess I can keep it now :-( They want me to pay return shipping and take a 20% restock, after their mistake caused all this. I’m done with Titan. Their stuff is good value but customer service is horrendous…just not worth the hassle with so many other good options out there today.
