so far its been bad. we bought all of the plates for our gym we are building and they were sent somewhere else, and the wrong package was sent to us... with forklift fork extenders . and now you are out of stock on the plates we needed.
and you dont know where it went.
2 weeks now dealing with your custumer service dept. and i still have the fork truck forks here ....
