Excellent customer service with prompt responses from the customer support team, specifically Jbille. I also received my order in a little over a month. The Moby Dick Barbell is incredible. Only feedback is improper communication upon purchase. I bought on 10/1 because it was advertised it would ship on a specific day. When that day came I did not receive any tracking number or notification, therefore, I follow up. Only information provided was it was on backorder and would ship by a certain date. The later date came and no information provided. Finally, received tracking number after that conversation.
