I've been playing with this Leg Stretcher for two days now and I've been talking with tech support and warranty support about its issues. The problem is in the gear mechanism. It's very chunky in its motion and the gears bind together making it hard to turn, as it gets stuck at times. Their is too much play between the gears, the backlash in the shaft, possible alignment or even the cut of the gears itself is poor. But something is wrong there. Overall the machine fits me well, and it seems sturdy... But being hard to turn the wheel and the fear of getting stuck in the machine from binding gears is there. Warranty support said upon viewing my video of it grinding and bucking around... "That's just how it works. If you don't like it, you can return it." I'll have to see if it breaks in over time or if I can fix the gear set myself. Luckily I didn't pay full price as it's a bit disappointing.
