Ordered the rack and a couple of attachments. After the order the placed, it was realized that one of the attachments would not fit the rack. Contacted the customer service and they advised to send the entire package back and we would be refunded the entire amount in 5-7 business days after the package was delivered back to the warehouse. It has been 11 days, no refund has been issued. Had contacted customer service again 3 days ago and had been told the following: "We apologize for the delay in processing your refund. I will follow up on your refund and have it processed. Please allow us another 2-7 business days to have it completed." No updates since then and certainly no refund.
