4 stars because there is room to improve. Shipping was smooth and quick although it defaulted to "leave if not accepted" which was a little odd. Had they placed it in my driveway, I wouldn't have had any way to possibly move it by myself. The elements would have damaged it and I would have had to return it. Thankfully I was home and was able to direct them on where to best put it until I could assemble it a few days later. There should really be a mandatory phone call from the shipper to the customer to arrange drop-off to avoid any and all potential issues. Instructions and labeling could be improved by using a simple lettered sticker like every other multi-step assembly object in the world. As a dad to a young toddler, I've assembled a dozen or more things in the last couple of years. A simple left and right sticker on the bases would be very helpful. Further labeling of the pieces would also improve the ease and speed of setup. I was a bit baffled that such a simple method was not used to assist customers in the setup process. Additionally, I think there should be some notation about adjusting the wheel at the top of the weight stack so that the weight adjuster piece can rest evenly on top of the weight stack. For some reason, that is not very intuitive. Finally, what I believe to be a lubricating spray was not noted anywhere in the instructions or packaging. I have no clue how or where to use it, what exactly it is, or if someone slipped it in there by accident. Beyond all that, the product after a few uses has been great. Solid stability. Reasonable value. I'm sure gyms or people more familiar with your products or gym equipment may not have some of the same issues as above. But I also imagine you get hundreds of customers like me annually and very simple improvements like the ones noted above would go a long way to creating lifelong customers. Thank you for your time.
