I ordered rings and straps for my rack and only received straps. I tried to explain on email which takes forever and sent pictures I get a response of your order has delivered 🤦♂️ now I had to explain again to wait for another response forever now I’m being sent to someone else which is taking forever. I want to give my business again but now I am second guessing ordering anything going forward.
