The product was projected to ship in mid-November but was not received until early-December. When it did come in the package was damaged and had been repackaged by the shipper. Upon opening, the product was scrapped up, damaged, and had missing parts. Contacted customer service and was told it would be resolved. After several emails back and forth with customer service, missing parts still haven't been replaced. I have bought thousands of dollars worth of gear from Titan and never had this problem! Very disappointing to say the least!
