I ordered a pull-up bar, and the first package was missing the horizontal bar. The issue was taken care of quickly and an entire new product was sent to me within a week. I also asked a question about the bar during installation and got a reply a few days later that answered my question. So while the initial experience was disappointing with the missing part, they remedied the situation and did a great job.
