Titan did a great job! Shipping was fast and the item was packed well even though it’s heavy. Great customer service and they answered my questions!
Update: My wife decided she didn't like how heavy it was so I went to return the unopened box and they charge a 20% restocking fee even though it was never opened. I asked if it could be waived, but they did not budge. It was disappointing.
