Fast shipping! Solid equipment! Terrible Customer Service! The above is my honest opinion. My experience with Titan started when I flubbed the shipping address for my order and called the customer service line as soon as it opened the next day to update the address, but nothing could be done. Every interaction I had with customer service that day was disorganized and helpless. I ended up driving 6 hours to retrieve the several hundred pounds of equipment that had been delivered to my previous residence over several days. The saying goes, "You get what you pay for" and with this particular company, it seems like that doesn't include a great time when things go wrong. I don't recommend ordering from Titan. In fact, I spent the extra $$ and went with Rogue for the plates the following week.
