I would usually give Titan a 10 out of 10 as this bench was the 5th piece of home gym equipment I purchased from Titan. Instead of Titan Fitness eating the money for a ripped cover, they gave it to me. The leather cover they put over top of the main body cushion has a large rip in the corner, my husband assumes they over stretched it when they made it. Not worth the hassle of returning or exchanging its just very poor quality control this time, especially for a $550 bench. Hopefully it stays together
