Pretty awful. The box was in shambles and the product needs to be returned but so far Jane has been full of empty promises. I called yesterday to find out the status of my return. I was promised Jane would get back to me by the end of the business day. But she did not. No phone call, no email. nothing.
If I don't get a satisfactory response on how to proceed with this return and refund, I will be contacting the BBB and posting this lovely review online. You need someone who can actually provide customer service!
