The quality of titan fitness is the lowest in the business. The packaging, delivery, return & refunds from titan are as closet as you can get to a scam. Titans customer service is the worst, half the reps do not speak english, the other half of titans customer service is rude, lies & will never solve your problems in a timely Manner.
