My squat harness came in severely damaged and when I went to file my route claim by myself, the website was malfunctioning so I had to call Titan and they had to submit the route insurance claim themselves. That process was frustrating because the website didn't work. Overall, there were quite a few bumps in the road until the end when I had a titan employee submit a route insurance claim for me. They did send me another squat harness for no extra charge so that process I am happy with.
