I ordered an adjustable bench and a 2.5kg change plate pair. The bench is great and well made for the price. I experienced a lot of difficulty with the change plate. It only came with one plate. I had trouble with titan as to why it only came with one plate. Customer service was slow to respond and not helpful. UPS claimed it was Titans issue and vice versa. Eventually titan made it right and sent another one. But for this reason I wouldn’t order anything from titan again.
