Fast and free shipping. All stuff arrived relatively unscathed despite the packaging being beat up. It’s gym equipment, so a couple scratches on the plates don’t bother me. The main reason for 4 instead of 5 stars is because when compared to other companies that manufacture similar equipment, the packaging for the steel uprights on both the rack and the mass storage system left a lot to be desired. There should be more foam padding and reinforced tape to prevent movement during shipping. Most of the boxes in my shipment had some level of damage and it was surprising to me that I didn’t have more damage upon opening. Other companies use plywood crates, foam blocking, styrofoam, etc and I found Titan’s packaging to fall short. Functionally, my wall mounted rack, mass storage system, bumper plates, and the other equipment I ordered are great. The quality on my TITAN series olympic barbell is comparable to more expensive brands and the aggressive knurling helps with heavy lifts. I really have no complaints about the quality of the equipment itself. Seems durable enough for a home gym environment where my wife and I will each use it 5-6 days a week.
