Ordering and shipping was fine, but the bell isn't the quality I hoped for. The internal weights were rusted and stuck together (but I got them apart). The inside of the bell looks very rough. The seam between the two halves isn't even so the bell needs to be twisted in exactly the right orientation or the seam isn't smooth. It's still usable, but I would reccomend a different brand if someone asked me.
