Poor quality product
The pad securing the user's knees AND the pad securing the user's ankles both slide off. We followed the assembly directions (which we archaic and the link/QR code to assembly directions did not work).
I would recommend friends seach for products from competiers such as York Barbell, Rogue Fitness, StrayDog Strength, etc.
