Unfortunately I ordered my product during the Christmas rush and it was intended as a gift for my son. Titan filled the order immediately but it was shipped by Fedex where it was hung up with them for almost a month in the warehouse in pennsylvania. i finally received it in badly damaged packaging which was the holdup from Fedex delivering it to me. I commend Titan Fitness because the bar I ordered was so well packed that the content was undamaged. I feel Fedex should have returned it to Titan when the damage occured. The staff at Titan was patient and helped me through this traumatic experience. My son has ordered there before and he commends the products they sell and we have no reservations about ordering from them again.
