The equipment overall is very decent. It’s not the most solid bench; the seat and arm rest move around slightly. Instructions were just a single illustration, but it’s pretty self explanatory. Only real complaint is something I saw in other reviews, which is the box comes damaged. The part of the bench that holds the bar was penetrating through the box and scratched up. I don’t like how during checkout they offer insurance for shipping the item, pretty much knowing it’s going to come damaged.
