Pegs are too high at the top to use with a regular barbell. Bar hits me at my neck. Might work for a pencil neck accountant.Able to make it work with an EZ curl bar, but not sure I can load bar heavy enough to improve on just using straps with a regular bar. The rubber pad is already pulling away from the harness, and I haven't even used it yet. Titan Fitness has become the NY Barbells of the 1980s in their quality, not a compliment by the way. Do you actually have lifters testing these products?? Not the first product I have ordered from Titan that hasn't performed as expected. I ordered version one of the linebacker, needless ro say that design did not work for front squats either. Item may work for zercher squats so I will probably keep it as I got it with a great discount. Otherwise not worth regular price.
