Build - Instructions are very lacking with the spring. I was able to find a Youtube video to show exactly how it was done. Highly recommend looking for the video. The rest of the build was explanatory and easy to follow.
Quality - Don't expect high end. Seat bracket on the rods are not a snug fit, there is a lot of play. Make sure you go over nuts that have been assembled at the factory. For most, this chinese built home gym piece is a nice inexpensive piece to have.
