***DO NOT BUY PRODUCTS FROM TITAN*** Received the product - Back Hyperextension V2. Set everything up to see that the frame is cracked from the top of the pad insert to the base that rests on the connecting floor piece. Made a claim to have the product returned and refund it had been within a week of receiving the product. I was told that because I did not purchase shipping insurance they would not refund me my money because the box looked damaged. They would however take the product back and issue a new one. I have all original packaging and the product has not been used and can’t be used as it’s a safey issue that the frame cannot support the recommended weight of 650lbs as advertised. Beware of the return policy as well, customers are responsible for paying full shipping cost for returning the item along with a 20% restocking fee that will be deducted from the customers refund. I have never had a problem with quality issues like this with any other workout equipment I have purchased. The difference is those products were purchased from reputable high end manufacturers who actually make proper workout machines. Shop elsewhere!!
