Absolute disaster of an experience. Took a month to get shipment and customer service apparatus proved totally useless — and utterly uninterested in resolving issues.
When item arrived it was missing parts to assemble (bolts and washers for a rack). Item itself was scratched in several places.
Do yourself a favor and avoid Titan if you are serious about your home gym.
