My initial shipment showed an “undeliverable” status due to damage and UPS said that they would contact the shipper. After four days of no further updates I contact your customer support and was told that I would have to file a claim even though I never received the item. The representative then filed the claim on my behalf and I finally received my tricep bar about five days later. Upon receipt I noticed that one of the plate holders was loose and the only way to tighten it was to pry off the Titan logo on the bottom end. It also appears this same end has a slight bend to it. Not sure that I will be ordering again from Titan based on this experience.
