I am hoping to use this as an avenue for you guys to get in touch with me. We are extremely disappointed and frustrated with the experience that we’ve had. We ordered two products from you. Both came damaged and one came without all the necessary components. We have been trying for over a week now to work with your customer service and the experience has been absolutely terrible.
