I was very excited to receive my order. However, upon opening shipment, we found no instructions and the top cross beam holes were about 1/8-1/4" off so we had to drill the hole out more to make it sit properly. Also, the crossbeam is slanted. However, it's in place and still works.
I want to order another one next month but I don't want to pay full price for something that is 100% in order.
I hope you understand my frustration. Noone should pay that kind of money and have to fix issues with install.
