Upon speaking with a rep., what was said wasn’t followed through and customer service is not the best. They did not help resolve the issue at hand nor uphold their word. A restocking fee and having to pay for shipping on something that could have been resolved if their word was kept is ridiculous. Now we are stuck with a duplicate equipment that wasn’t cheap at all! No matter how great your equipment may be, customer service is what drives better business. This is unfortunate.
